As concrete pour sizes increase, it becomes harder and harder for concrete contractors to float their slabs without issue. The wider the pour, the more awkward and the more difficult it is to get a superb result.

At Marion Brush Manufacturing Company we are solving this problem with our NEW Bullfrog Trac II M-Series, a huge innovation in floating technology. Unlike traditional floats that require connected handles to reach out to the slab, our tool uses a high tech integrated power unit to provide an even and consistent floated surface. Once activated, a fractional horsepower motor quietly pulls the parallel floats along a tracking line that spans across the slab between two operators enabling crews to tackle wide, difficult pours with ease and accuracy like never before.

The custom engineered float mechanism automatically tilts the floats allowing the user to simply apply pressure to the tracking line thus activating the drive system Other features include a lithium iron phosphate battery that powers the system for around 12,000 square feet before the battery needs swapped as well as an integrated battery alert system that notifies users visually and audibly when the tool is close needing a battery swap.

This system is available in two different float configurations from a standard C-Channel float to flat / ribbed float style making it a versatile option for all finishing crews. The Bullfrog Trac II M-Series also comes in 2 different sizes- 4’ and 6’ making it a good option for multiple pour sizes.

The key to success is how you finish. Let Marion Brush Mfg. Co. help you will finish strong with our Bullfrog Trac II M-Series.
