Project Details

Project Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contractor: Dancer Concrete Design, Fort Wayne, Indiana
Architect/Designer: Alan J. Plutowski
General Contractor: Retail Contracting Group
Amount of polished concrete: 1,189 square feet
Size of building/project: 1,189 square feet

Contractor Dancer Concrete Design managed to polish all 1,189 square feet of the original aged concrete, which was in rough shape. CTS Cement’s Rapid Set Tru Pc was used to repair substantial patching and to help with blending and matching the natural look of the concrete. The floor was polished to a salt and pepper finish at 800 high sheen, and was a mix of class B and C aggregate.

In the end the establishment received a cost-effective job with a natural color that effectively enhanced the spaces aesthetic, giving an old floor a new life.
