Here’s an Election Where Your Vote REALLY Counts

Depending on where you live, your state's electoral college could overrule your vote for a President Clinton or a President Trump. Not so with us. Our annual Polished Concrete Awards counts every single vote for every single project to name a Readers' Choice award.

If you’re reading this, it means you’ve decided to vote. Great!

We’ve got 19 projects vying for first place in seven categories: Commercial, Countertops & Furniture, Education, Institutional, Residential, Retail, and Innovation.

YOU get to designate an eighth award: Readers’ Choice. To do so, look at all 19 entries at the 2016 Concrete Surfaces Polished Concrete Awards page and choose ONE favorite. To vote, click on the link at the bottom of the project’s page.

As usual, they’re all beautiful. Some are “prettier” than others, but try not to let that sway you. Yes, aesthetics are important. But more importantly, our goal is to highlight contractor innovation in resolving project challenges via design and construction and new and unusual uses of products and processes.

You’ve got until Dec. 1.

Thank you and enjoy!
