Cuts off odors at the source

Entler Excavating installed the valve in April and May 2012.

It’s worked flawlessly and, best of all, is virtually maintenance-free. We check it about twice a year to be sure there’s no debris caught that might keep the valve from closing.

As usual with underground improvements, few citizens are aware of how simple and inexpensive solving the odor problem was. Downtown Decatur now looks good and, to complete the last piece of the puzzle, smells good.
