Texas Bomanite was selected to polish the worn floors of the building. The renovation included the lobby, restroom and hallway floors of the building. The concrete was polished to an 800 grit using the RetroPlate Polishing System with a Bomanite concrete dye in the shade Maple Syrup. The system’s abrasive-resistance ensures long-lasting results.
Approximately 815 square feet of the floor was sealed using the Bomanite Ashford Formula to permanently densify the concrete surface. The end result was a durable and cost-efficient refurbished concrete floor with a beautiful glossy finish.
