Bradco Supply Corp. of Avenel, N.J., announced today it has acquired Quality Roofing Supplies, Inc., of Schenectady, N.Y. Founded in 1974, Quality supplies commercial and residential roofing, siding and windows in New York State’s Albany region. It also runs a metal fabricating operation and a door and window facility.
“This acquisition will enable Bradco to strengthen its presence in the area and expand its product offering and services to the Upper New York region.” Martin Segal, Bradco Supply’s vice president of acquisitions, said in a statement. The Bogdon family, which founded Quality, will continue to run the company.
Bradco operates more than 130 locations throughout 30 states.
