Hoff Companies, Meridian, Idaho, agreed to buy Denver-based wholesale door distributor Allied Lumber Dealers. Allied will merge with Hoff’s Trimo Millwork distribution division, helping the forest-products manufacturer and distributor expand its distribution platform in central Colorado and southeastern Wyoming. Allied supplies wood doors to lumberyards, specialty dealers, and wholesalers in the region. The agreement’s terms were not disclosed. Read the full announcement.
