Marvin Companies Acquires TruStile Doors

TruStile will run as a separate company under the Marvin name

Marvin Companies, manufacturer of the Marvin, Integrity, and Infinity window and door brand names, announced today it acquired full ownership of manufacturer TruStile Doors in Denver, Colo.

The press release says no changes will be made to the way TruStile currently operates, and that the company will be led as a Marvin subsidiary by current TruStile president and CEO Scott Schmid.

“TruStile is an outstanding company with a proven track record of quality and craftsmanship that aligns with our values and premier positioning in the marketplace,” says, Dan Marvin, vice president of business development at Marvin. “The addition of TruStile to our family of brands will expand our product portfolio into other building products categories, and will allow us to combine our knowledge and resources to take advantage of new opportunities that will grow all of our brands successfully.”
