SRS Distribution, No. 8 on the ProSales 100, acquired Tri State Aluminum Products of Wisconsin, SRS announced today in a press release. The acquisition was finalized on Nov. 4.
Tri State, a family-owned business, was founded in 1971 and has a single location in Belleville, Wis. It distributes roofing & accessories, siding, and windows. The company will continue to be run by the current owners and will retain all employees.
“The Miller family and Tri State have developed a strong local identity in their markets which we intend to preserve and build upon for years to come,” Dan Tinker, president and COO of SRS stated in the press release.
