U.S. LBM, No. 7 on the ProSales 100 and winner of the 2016 ProSales Excellence Award: Education, has named Patrick McGuiness its new executive vice president and chief financial officer.
McGuiness used to work at Landmark Aviation, based in Houston, as its vice president and CFO. Prior to that position, McGuiness worked at global jewelry brand Tiffany & Co. in various roles.
“We’re excited to have Pat on our team,” L.T. Gibson, CEO of U.S. LBM, said in the press release. “His nearly 30 years of leadership exerpience in finance, operations, and change management makes him an excellent fit for our organization and business model.”
McGuiness “succeeds CFO Rick Kolaczewski, who departed U.S. LBM to pursue other professional opportunities.”
