SRS Distribution, the No. 8 company on the ProSales 100, completed its acquisition of Metro Roofing Supplies, SRS announced in a press release.
Metro, which has been in business over 40 years, has five locations across Connecticut and Massachusetts. It supplies residential and commercial roofing products, windows, siding, and more. Following the acquisition, Metro’s three Massachusetts locations will become Heritage Wholesalers locations, while SRS’s location in North Haven, Conn., will become a Metro location. All Metro employees will remain with the company.
