What Happened to Fridays?

Have they morphed into another weekend day at your company?

1 MIN READ

Years ago, Friday was the final day of the work week and employees put in their work hours just like any other weekday. Now, it seems as if some people regard Fridays as a part of their weekend. Our staff knows from working in DC that many workers are anxious to leave the office on Fridays, as Friday rush hour starts much earlier than usual (and over the summer it starts 90 minutes earlier than normal).

We’re curious to find out if considering Friday as another weekend day has affected the way you run your yard. Do you find that your employees and/or customers think of Friday as part of the weekend? Do you limit your hours on Fridays? Are you completely closed? Do you find it worthwhile to stay open all day Friday? We would welcome any and all of your answers.
