SRS Distribution announced today the acquisition of California-based SG Wholesale Roofing. SG Wholesale is headquartered in Santa Ana, and runs four other locations in Gardena, Costa Mesa, Vista, and Spring Valley. Owners Jamie and Dana Glazer and the whole sales/operation team will stay on with the company.

SRS President and CEO Dan Tinker said in a statement, “We are thrilled to partner with the Glazer family and welcome the dedicated employees of SG to the SRS family. We have been eager to expand our footprint in Southern California ever since we entered the market many years ago and SG was at the top of our list of many great independents to add critical mass there.”

For McKinney, Texas-based SRS, this will mark its second acquisition of the year, after it incorporated Kohl Building Products in April, located in Pennsylvania. In total, SRS has added 13 new locations this year, while opening three of their own stores. The roofing dealer, ranked No. 9 on the 2017 ProSales 100, had $1.9 billion in sales last year.
