Central Valley, the No. 58 company on the ProSales 100, announced today that William (Bill) Robertson, former chief financial officer and treasurer of Orchard Supply Hardware, has joined the Napa, Calif.-based dealer as CFO.
Robertson, who started effective Oct. 31, succeeds David Templeton, who recently retired after seven years with the company.
Robertson was Orchard Supply’s CFO and treasurer from 2007 through 2011 and later was CFO at Spectralink, a manufacturer of wireless equipment.
Central Valley–also known by its official name of Central Valley Builders Supply, is a family-owned dealer serving California north of San Francisco Bay. It has five branches and reported sales of $112 million in 2016, 82% of it to pros.
