SRS Distribution , the nation’s No. 8 ProSales 100 member, announced today it acquired Willoughby Supply Company, a roofing and siding distributor with eight locations in Ohio and one in Florida.
Willoughby’s sales and operation team will stay with the firm going forward. SRS will transition its existing Midwest Roofing Supply locations in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, to the Willoughby brand. Another 20+ Midwest Roofing Supply locations will keep that name. Willoughby’s location in Orlando, Fla., will transition to the Suncoast Roofers Supply brand.

SRS most recently acquired the National Building Supply Corp. in August, and has acquired over 20 new locations in 2017. The McKinney, Texas-based firm now runs 200 locations in 41 states.
