Exterior building products wholesale distributor ABC Supply opened a new branch in La Mirada, Calif., according to a news release. The branch is Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply’s 45th location in California.
Sean Cartwright will manage the new La Mirada branch. Cartwright joined the company as a manager candidate in training at the company’s Orange, Calif., location in 2018. He has previous experience in the tech industry as a systems administrator and program manager.
“Sean and his team are committed to making area contractors’ jobs easier and helping them grow their businesses,” said Matt Cooper, vice president of ABC Supply’s west region. “By providing the high-quality products, resources and expertise they need to run successful businesses, the La Mirada team will be a strong partner to residential roofing contractors, general contractors, remodelers and specialty contractors in and around La Mirada.”
The La Mirada branch is ABC Supply’s second California greenfield opening in 2019. The distributor opened a branch in Stockton, Calif., in July. The distributor has opened 11 additional facilities in 2019, in Idaho, Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, Florida, Virginia, Kansas, Massachusetts, Texas, and Arizona. ABC Supply was the largest company on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating $10.5 billion in sales during 2018. ABC Supply currently operates more than 760 locations across the U.S.
