L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, opened a new location in Fishersville, Va., according to a news release. The location will offer wallboard, framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and other interior building materials to contractors in Harrisonburg, Va., Lexington, Va., and Charlottesville, Va.
Tommy Hunnicutt will serve as the branch manager for the Fishersville location. With the new branch, L&W Supply has eight locations throughout Virginia.
“We’re very excited to be expanding L&W Supply’s footprint in Virginia,” Charles Collins, vice president of L&W Supply’s northern region, said in a public statement. “We look forward to meeting and servicing new customers in the region.”
L&W Supply, a specialty distributor of ceiling systems, steel framing, and other building materials, operates 175 branches in 35 states. Chicago-based L&W Supply has expanded through a series of greenfields in 2019, opening branches in Texas, Virginia, and California in June, locations in California, Idaho, and Wisconsin in July, and an Arkansas branch earlier in August.
