Virginia dealer MWP Building Supply acquired Blue Ridge Builders Supply in Crozet, Va., and Blue Ridge Paint and Decorating Store in Charlottesville, Va. The combined companies will be known as MWP Blue Ridge Building Supply. The joint company pledges to be “Central Virginia’s best resource for quality products, outstanding brands, and stellar service,” according to a news release.
MWP Blue Ridge Building Supply, with over 30 years in the building supply industry, is dedicated to providing “personalized and outstanding service” for the Madison, Va., Crozet, Va., and Charlottesville, Va., markets. The company’s mission is to provide builders, contractors, and homeowners with advice, products, and service.
“We are excited to expand our business throughout Central Virginia,” Bill Price, CEO of MWP Building Supply, said in a prepared statement. “Blue Ridge Builder Supply is like-minded in their passion for quality products and brands and we’re positive that the two businesses will be even stronger together.”
MWP Blue Ridge Building Supply will provide lumber, hardware, tools, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, flooring, rental equipment, paint, doors, windows, and other building materials from its three building supply and lumber showroom locations. The company also has a pool and spa division that will provide a variety of pool and hot tub choices, installations, and maintenance.
