L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, opened a new location in Glendale, Ariz. The location will offer drywall and gypsum, steel framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and other building materials to contractors and vendors in the Phoenix metro area, according to a news release.
Armando Marroquin will serve as the branch manager in Glendale. Marroquin brings over 20 years of industry experience and has been with L&W Supply for over two years. The Glendale, Ariz., location adds to L&W Supply’s presence in the state and is the distributor’s third location across Arizona.
“The Glendale location is an exciting expansion for L&W Supply, allowing us to better service our partners in Arizona.” Jake Gress, vice president of L&W Supply’s west region, said in a public statement.
L&W Supply, a specialty distributor of ceiling systems, steel framing, and other building materials, operates 175 branches in 35 states. Chicago-based L&W Supply has grown organically in 2019 through greenfield openings in Texas, Virginia, California, Idaho, Wisconsin, and Arkansas. The distributor has also grown its footprint through the acquisitions of one-unit Metro Building Products and seven-unit Delta Gypsum.
