L&W Supply Names Two New Branch Managers

Will Pape will manage the company’s Houston, Texas, branch and Kevin Lucero will lead the distributor’s San Jose, Calif., branch.

L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, named Will Pape the branch manager of its Houston, Texas, location and Kevin Lucero as the manager of the company’s San Jose, Calif., branch.

As branch manager in Houston, Pape will provide support to delivery drives, customer service representatives, and other associates and oversee all activities at the branch.

Pape began his career with L&W Supply two decades ago, holding positions as branch manager, sales manager, and an outside sales representative. In his various roles, Pape has shown his ability to form strong relationships with customers and associates, according to the company. Pape received two consecutive Sales Representative of the Year honors from L&W Supply.

“Will is a top performer at L&W Supply and one of our hardest-working Branch Managers,” Charles Collins, regional vice president for L&W Supply Central district, said in a public statement. “The entire Houston team is thankful to have him on board and couldn’t be more excited to benefit from his sales expertise.”

In the branch manager role in San Jose, Calif., Lucero will be responsible for coordinating deliveries with sales teams and customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, according to L&W Supply.

Lucero most recently served as the branch manager for L&W Supply’s San Francisco, Calif., location, helping grow and expand the branch and its roster of projects. Lucero was inducted into the managing partner program as a recognition for his sales achievements, one of the highest honors for a branch manager, according to the company.

“Kevin has earned this. His dedication to associates and customers has helped the entire San Francisco team grow and expand,” Jake Gress, regional vice president for L&W Supply’s West region, said. “I have no doubt that he will step up to the plate in San Jose and propel major growth.”

Chicago-based L&W Supply, a specialty distributor of wallboard, steel studs, ceiling systems, and other interior products, operates 175 branch locations in 35 states. The company was acquired by ABC Supply, the largest firm on the 2019 ProSales 100, in 2016.
