Building products distributor BlueLinx Holdings has expanded its national accounts team. The company’s national customer base will now be supported by two distinct teams: one team promoting growth with national dealers, specialty distributors, co-ops, national builders, and national original equipment manufacturers and one team focused on the company’s home center customer base.

As part of the reconfiguration, BlueLinx hired Kelley Jenison as the director of national accounts for pro dealers and specialty distributors. In the role, Jenison will be responsible for the corporate dealer, specialty distributor, co-ops, national builder, and national original equipment manufacturer initiatives.

“Kelley brings significant market and product knowledge, as well as strong strategic background, to help drive our sales growth in these critical customer segments,” Mitch Lewis, president and CEO of BlueLinx, said in a public statement.

Jenison began his building products career with Pella Windows and James Hardie, before being named the national accounts manager at Huber Engineered Woods. Jenison has also served as the national account director at Cedar Creek. Most recently, Jenison held the position of western division national account manager for LP Building Solutions.

Marietta, Ga.-based BlueLinx has a distribution footprint serving 40 states and the company distributes its range of structural and specialty products to approximately 15,000 customers across the United States.
