Nation’s Best acquired the assets of Santa Rosa County, Fla.-based Hall’s Hardware. Hall’s Hardware has been in operation since 1960 and offers a variety of hardware items, lawn and garden products, niche product categories, and a small lumberyard servicing area contractors and DIYers.

“We are pleased to welcome Hall’s Hardware to the Nation’s Best family, firmly establishing our market presence in the attractive Florida Panhandle,” Chris Miller, president & CEO of Nation’s Best, said in a prepared statement. “With a deep hardware store, a diverse line of niche product categories, and a business that is built with core values of treating associates and customers with the utmost care and respect, Hall’s Hardware is a great fit and addition to the Nation’s Best family of companies.”

Hall’s Hardware will continue operating under its existing name and its key leadership team will continue to oversee the company alongside Nation’s Best. Nation’s Best will provide the strategic and financial support necessary to achieve “optimal growth and profitability,” according to a news release.

“It has been a pleasure getting to know the Nation’s Best team over the past few months and we welcome the opportunity to partner with a company that shares our core values,” said Wade and Brad Allen, members of the Hall’s Hardware management team. “On behalf of the Allen family and our dedicated employees, we look forward to this exciting new chapter with Nation’s Best as we continue to provide our customers with the highest quality of service in the years to come.”

Nation’s Best, founded in 2019, is a member-owner of Do It Best Corp. The company operates ten locations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida. The company has expanded via acquisitions of three-unit Groom & Sons’ and Lambert Lumber in February and five-unit Bridgeport Building Centers in March.
