Trex Names Laura Rygielski Preston President of Commercial Products Division

Rygielski Preston has more than 25 years of experience as a sales and operations executive.

Trex Company appointed Laura Rygielski Preston as the president of Trex Commercial Products. Rygielski Preston takes over management of the Trex’s commercial-focused subsidiary, which includes Trex Commercial Products, an architectural railing systems manufacturer, and Staging Concepts, a provider of portable staging solutions.

“This is an excellent opportunity to utilize the extensive sales and operating experience I have gained throughout my career,” Rygielski Preston said in a news release. “Trex Commercial Products and Staging Concepts have industry-leading engineering and design capabilities that can be leveraged to gain additional market share and improved financial performance. I look forward to working with the teams to achieve these goals.”

The newly appointed president brings more than 25 years of sales and operations executive experience to the role with Trex Commercial Products. Most recently, Rygielski Preston served as the vice president and general manager of a $200 million business with Trane, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand.

Minneapolis, Minn.-based Trex Commercial Products is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trex Company.
