To accommodate the large number of Spanish speakers in its customer base and the large number of Polish-speaking contractors in several of its metropolitan areas, ABC Supply has made its order management tool myABCsupply available in Spanish and Polish in addition to English.

“At ABC Supply, we strive to make doing business with us as easy as possible,” Mike Jost, COO at ABC Supply, said in a news release. “Offering more of our customers the ability to purchase materials online and manage their orders in their primary language is one way we’re making that happen.”

The distributor’s myABCsupply offers several features designed to make managing orders from a desktop or mobile device simple and convenient for users. The tool allows contractors to place orders online 24/7 and access order and delivery details, including viewing delivery maps and delivery photos. The tool also allows contractors to view statements and pay invoices and download activity directly into existing accounting software. Additionally, myABCsupply allows customers to manage users by adding additional users as necessary and managing levels of access for users.

MyABCsupply was launched to customers in November 2019. At the time of the platform’s launch, ABC Supply said myABCsupply was the “next step” in the company’s continued focus on information technology services and tools to connect the company with its customers. The platform is available either online or through ABC Supply’s app. In April 2020, in the early days of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, ABC Supply added functionality to the tool to allow customers to place orders 24/7.

Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply is the largest company on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating $10.5 billion in sales in 2018. The company has nearly 800 locations across the United States.
