Parksite expanded its distribution footprint by offering Boral Building Products’ Versetta Stone mortarless stone veneer and RDI by Barrette Outdoor Living’s Finyl Line low-maintenance railing out of its Lakeland, Fla., location. The market expansion will make both products available to Parksite customers throughout the state of Florida. Parksite also distributes Versetta Stone through its locations in Baltimore, Md., Garner, N.C., and North Brunswick, N.J., and Finyl Line railing through its locations in North Brunswick, N.J., Louisville, Ohio, and Bolingbrook, Ill.
Versetta Stone siding panels provide the aesthetic and texture of authentic stone masonry in a panelized, mortarless format, allowing for easier installation for carpenters and siding contractors.
“Versetta Stone provides a unique opportunity for our dealer network, allowing the channel to bring the coveted look of stone to homes in a panel suitable for traditional siding installers and contractors,” Parksite product development manager Dan Olson said in a news release. “We’ve had success introducing the material in the mid-Atlantic and northeast and look forward to expanding its availability in the state of Florida.”
The Boral Building Products division comprises 11 brands and the company is a division of Boral North America.
RDI’s Finyl Line is reinforced with strong aluminum, adds architectural character, and provides homeowners safety and security, according to the manufacturer.
