L&W Supply, a unit of ABC Supply, acquired the assets of two-unit, Texas-based DAICO Supply.
With the acquisition, L&W Supply will strengthen its presence in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market. DAICO Supply’s two store locations are in Carrollton and Ft. Worth. The addition brings L&W Supply’s total number of locations servicing the greater DFW market to five and the number of overall locations in Texas to 16.

This acquisition allows L&W Supply to enhance our service in DFW communities while building deeper relationships with contractors and builders in the area.”
DAICO Supply, founded in 1986, services residential and commercial markets with products including wallboard, steel framing, insulation, and relation products. L&W Supply said current DAICO associates will remain with the company to ensure continuity and expertise.
Chicago-based L&W Supply operates nearly 200 locations in 39 states. The company recently made an agreement to purchase Eastern U.S. Gypsum Distribution Operations from Builders FirstSource.
