Curri has joined the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association’s (NLBMDA) Manufacturers and Services Council (MSC). The council is composed of building material manufacturers and service providers serving the LBM industry. According to the NLBMDA, MSC members are “established industry leaders” who supply products and services to dealers across the country who share a commitment “to promoting and enhancing the success of independent dealers.”
Los Angeles, Calif.-based Curri, founded in 2017, is an on-demand construction material delivery service provider. The company provides real-time, data-driven notifications in an effort to make shipping faster, safer, and more transparent.
“Thousands of customers, including Moynihan Lumber, Carter Lumber, National Lumber, and Lumber Liquidators, already utilize Curri to deliver their time-critical shipments throughout the U.S,” Matthew Lafferty, co-founder and CEO of Curri, said in a prepared statement. “Suppliers who don’t have the ability to make urgent, on-demand, or long distance deliveries are leaving sales on the table and risk losing customers and business to suppliers who do.”
