Building products manufacturer AZEK appointed Samara (Sam) Toole as the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO). In the role, Toole’s objective is to “help strengthen the company’s brand prominence and ensure consumers and customers have a stellar and consistent experience with the company,” according to AZEK.
“I knew early on that The AZEK Company truly lives by its core values, and one in particular resonated with me: it starts and ends with the customer,” Toole said. “I’ve built a career on a customer-first philosophy and am excited to bring that to life with AZEK’s industry-leading brands.”
Toole brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth and building brands for companies in the home, lifestyle, and consumer products industries, according to AZEK. Toole most recently served as CMO of California Closets, where she developed a multi-touchpoint marketing strategy, up-leveling eCommerce and marketing software tools, and overseeing the production of award-winning content. Toole has previously served as the senior vice president of marketing for Serena & Lily and in other senior level roles with lifestyle and consumer product category companies.
