McCoy’s Building Supply promoted Corey Elmore to the role of regional manager. Elmore joins the company’s team of eight regional managers and one area manager. In the regional manager role, Elmore will oversee eight stores in south central Texas.
“I’m so excited for Corey to take on this new role,” Ron Van Winkle, vice president of operations, said in a news release. “He has done a tremendous job growing the business in New Braunfels and leading his team. His desire to serve others is strong and I know he will be a great mentor for our stores.”
Elmore joined McCoy’s 12 years ago as a recent college graduate as part of the company’s management development program. Elmore served as the assistant manager at two stores before being promoted to the role of store manager. Most recently, Elmore served as the store manager in New Braunfels, Texas, a role he held for the past five years.
San Marcos, Texas-based McCoy’s Building Supply operates 89 stores, three distribution facilities, and two millwork facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Mexico.
