• BRAVA Roof Tile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wildhawk Investments, entered into an agreement to acquire AZEK’s Paver assets.
• Mertie, a manufacturer and distributor of millwork solutions, announced a definitive agreement to acquire EL & EL Wood Products, a two-step distributor of molding, millwork, and door products.
• Talbert Building Supply opened its sixth branch location by purchasing Plyler Supply Company’s Danville, Va., location.
• Lezzer Lumber is set to acquire Green Hills Lumber & Home Center in a deal expected to be finalized April 1.
• TAL Holdings reached an agreement in principle to acquire five-unit Orofino Builders Supply. Orofino operates stores in Grangeville, Kamiah, Lewiston, and Orofino, Idaho.

• KPS Capital Partners signed a definitive agreement to acquire Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope from CRH for approximately $3.45 billion in cash.
• Nation’s Best acquired Weiss Do it Best Lumber in Perryville, Ark.

• Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) opened six greenfield locations and five stores under the AMES Taping Tools brand name. The six greenfields are in Fort Myers, Fla., Milford, Conn., Abilene, Texas, Statesboro, Ga., Baltimore, Md., and Ocean Springs, Miss. The distributor also added AMES stores in Madison, Tenn., Houston, Texas, Pflugerville, Texas, Greenville, S.C., and Peoria, Ill.

• Gulfeagle Supply acquired Adler Warehouse and Sales in Joliet, Ill. The company also relocated its Bristol, Pa., branch to a new facility in Hamilton, N.J.
• Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquired Green Velvet, a wholesaler of fertilizer, seed, sod, and other turf and ornamental products.
