Building products distributor ABC Supply acquired the assets of Seattle Cedar Supply, a full-service roofing materials distributor in Snohomish, Wash.
ABC Supply said the acquisition will enhance the distributor’s service in the Seattle metropolitan area while building stronger relationships with contractors and builders in northern Washington. Current employees of Seattle Cedar Supply will continue to work at the location to ensure consistency and continuity for customers.
“The Seattle Cedar Supply team has built a great reputation among contractors in the northwest as the go-to place for high-quality cedar shakes and shingles as well as metal and commercial roofing products,” Matt Cooper, vice president of ABC Supply’s west region, said in a news release. “We welcome the Seattle Cedar Supply associates to the ABC Supply family, and we look forward to working together to support area contractors’ current needs while providing additional product offerings and services to help their businesses grow.”
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates over 800 locations across the United States. ABC Supply completed four acquisitions and eight greenfield openings in 2021 and announced the opening of a greenfield location in New Braunfels, Texas, earlier in January.
