Gulfeagle Supply, a full-line distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products, acquired Adler Warehouse and Sales in Joliet, Ill. The acquisition expands Gulfeagle’s presence to four branches across the greater Chicago market, with locations in Joliet, Chicago, Itasca, and Elgin.
Adler Warehouse and Sales was founded over 60 years ago. In 1984, the company was fully acquired by the Hart family. According to Gulfeagle, the company’s success is attributable to its commitment to its customers—which aligns with Gulfeagle’s core values of accountability and relationships. Mike and Terry Hart will continue to run the branch under the Gulfeagle Supply name post-acquisition.
The acquisition marks Gulfeagle’s second Chicago-area expansion in the past three months. In December 2021, Gulfeagle acquired two-unit Quality Building Supply, which operates branches in Chicago and Elgin.
Gulfeagle Supply operates over 100 locations across the United States.
