R.P. Lumber opened a new branch location in Nevada, Mo. The store represents R.P. Lumber’s 16th Missouri location and 82nd location overall.

Nevada is a great fit for us—exactly the type of Midwestern community where we thrive,” Robert Plummer, president and CEO of R.P. Lumber, said in a news release. “It’s also located a convenient distance from our locations in Harrisonville and Clinton, allowing us to better serve our customers in Southwestern Missouri.”
Edwardsville, Ill.-based R.P. Lumber offers lumber shingles, siding, drywall, and other building materials. The Nevada location will also feature a selection of hardware merchandise ranging from power tools and paint to plumbing and electrical supplies.

R.P. Lumber opened its first location in Staunton, Ill., in 1977 and has grown in Illinois, Missouri, and Wyoming, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
