Envision Outdoor Living Products Announces Internal Leadership Changes

The leadership reshuffling resulted in 10 staff promotions across the organization.

Envision Outdoor Living Products, the manufacturer of Envision composite decking and Fairway deck railings, implemented a handful of internal leadership changes, resulting in 10 staff promotions across the organization.

“Envision Outdoor Living Products has experienced a year of exciting change, expansion, acquisitions, and growth, necessitating shifts in our leadership structure,” Shara Gamble, president of Envision Outdoor Living Products, said in a news release. “These changes will continue to bolster areas critical to our operations customer expectations—including supply reliability, material procurement, and product quality—while also creating additional leadership opportunities and providing room for advancement and career growth among our team members.”

The internal leadership changes include:

  • Cory Panak has been named director of manufacturing operations, where he will be responsible for all manufacturing across decking, railing, and outdoor living products. Panak has been with the company since 2015, and most recently served as general manufacturing manager.
  • Travis Scott has been promoted from director of operations to a new role of director of supply chain and logistics. Scott, an Envision team member since 2014, will be responsible for procurement, logistics, demand planning, customer experience, research and development, and manufacturing support for the outdoor living division.
  • Rick Gebhart was promoted from director of sales to senior director of sales where he will manage and oversee the sales operations for outdoor living, including designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with customers, and developing sales strategies to meet growth goals.
  • Chase Moritz was promoted from director of marketing to the role of director of marketing and communications. Moritz joined the company in 2019 and is responsible in the new role for planning internal and external communication and marketing strategies across a range of media platforms, as well as market research.
  • Brandon Brummett was promoted from plant engineer to decking operations manager. An Envision employee since 2004, Brummett will oversee all decking operations and be responsible for maintaining quality and inventory standards on all decking products. Brummett will also be focused on production efficiencies, including reducing waste and eliminating unscheduled downtime.
  • Bill Fanning was promoted to maintenance and reliability manager and is responsible for reliability program for outdoor living and maintenance process improvement, with a focus on the elimination of unscheduled downtime.
  • James Walker was named maintenance supervisor. In the role, Walker will be focused on continually improving maintenance and the reliability at Envision’s Missouri production facilities.
  • Tim Claypool was promoted from automation engineering tech to lead automation tech.
  • Hilary Wetzel was promoted to the new role of customer experience manager. Wetzel has been a member of the inside sales and customer experience team of Fairway, acquired by Envision last year, since 2008.
  • Jeremy Hill was named logistics supervisor, responsible for all logistics, shipping, and receiving for the manufacturer’s Lamar, Mo., facilities. Hill joined the company in 2000 as a member of the shipping, receiving, and samples fulfillment team and has earned several promotions during his tenure.
