Weyerhaeuser Distribution Extends AZEK Footprint to Three Markets

The distributor now carries AZEK products at 17 distribution centers across the United States.

Weyerhaeuser Distribution will expand its footprint of AZEK Building Products to three new markets: Atlanta, Jacksonville, Fla., and Charlotte, N.C. Weyerhaesuer’s offerings in these new markets will include TimberTech decking and railing, and AZEK Exteriors products. With the expansion, Weyerhaesuer now carries AZEK products at 17 distribution centers across the country.

“Weyerhaeuser Distribution and AZEK Building Products have a strong history together based on shared values of quality, sustainability, and innovation, and we are thrilled to grow that partnership in additional markets,” Amy Warren, director of business process and development for Weyerhaeuser Distribution, said in a news release. “From low-maintenance decking to beautiful, durable trim, AZEK’s products have always brought value to our dealer customers in their service to both building pros and consumers. Our extended footprint will ensure customers get what they need, when and where they need it.”

Weyerhaeuser’s product offers at the new locations will include TimberTech composite decking, TimberTech Railing, AZEK Trim, and AZEK Trim with PaintPro Technology.

“The expanded relationship between AZEK and Weyerhaeuser Distribution further strengthens both companies’ presence in the Southeast United States,” Jon Skelly, president of AZEK’s residential segment, said. “We look forward to building on our extensive distribution network and are confident this partnership will continue to bring value to everyone involved, including our customers.”

The AZEK Company, based in Chicago, operates automated building products manufacturing facilities in Wilmington, Ohio, Scranton, Pa., Aliquippa, Pa., and Eagan, Minn.

Seattle, Wash.-based Weyerhaeuser owns or manages nearly 600,000 acres and operates two mills and a nursery in Alabama. In total, the company owns or controls around 11 million acres of timberlands in the United States and manages additional timberlands under long-term licenses in Canada.
