ECI Names Chip Coyle as Chief Marketing Officer

Coyle brings years of strategic experience and a “broad understanding of what it takes to build successful, market-leading SaaS organizations at scale” to the role.

ECI Software Solutions named Chip Coyle as the company’s chief marketing officer. In the role, Coyle will be responsible for building on ECI’s global marketing and demand generation strategy, overseeing its execution across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, and bringing ECI’s brand vision to life, according to the company.

“Chip brings years of strategic experience in driving global expansion and positioning companies for growth, with a broad understanding of what it takes to build successful, market-leading SaaS organizations at scale,” Trevor Gruenewald, CEO of ECI, said in a prepared statement. “We welcome Chip to the team as we continue our growth journey.”

Prior to joining ECI, Coyle spent two years as chief marketing officer for Blue Prism. According to ECI, Coyle helped modernize the company’s brand, launch new innovations, create market demand, and grow Blue Prism revenue by 40% in his first year with the organization. Coyle also served as the senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Infor, a global enterprise software provider for over seven years. Coyle also spent 18 years with Oracle in progressively expanding marketing leadership roles.

Privately-held, Fort Worth, Texas-based ECI Software Solutions provides industry-specific business software solutions and services, focusing on cloud-based technologies. The company has served small- to medium-sized manufacturing, wholesale/retail distribution, building and construction, and field service organizations.
