Building materials and specialty distributor L&W Supply appointed Matt Drapeau as branch manager of the company’s Andover, Minn., location. In the role of branch manager, Drapeau will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability.
Drapeau began his career in the industry as a warehouse associate in 2013. Before joining L&W Supply in 2022, Drapeau also served as a delivery driver, boom operator, inside sales associate, and dispatch coordinator.
“Matt’s knowledge of operations and proven ability to grow product category sales make him the perfect person to lead the Andover location,” Mark Woodsum, L&W Supply’s upper Midwest district manager, said in a news release. “I am confident that he and his team will successfully continue to deliver to Minneapolis-area contractors the products and services they need.”
