L&W Supply, a distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, named Alan Lott as the new branch manager for the company’s Austin branch location.
“Alan’s extensive experience in our industry and with our company make him the perfect person to lead the Austin team,” Paul Dean, manager of L&W Supply’s Texas district, said in a news release. “He and his team will continue to deliver the products and services that Austin-area contractors need.”
Lott has spent the previous 22 years working at USG in various finance and operations roles, including 12 years where he worked with L&W Supply teams in Florida and Texas.
In the role of branch manager, Lott will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, guiding associates, and executing branch growth and profitability.
Chicago-based L&W Supply distributes wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners and related building products. The company operates more than 200 locations in 40 states. L&W Supply is a subsidiary of ABC Supply.
