ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing and other exterior and interior building products, was recognized with a Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the 17th consecutive year.
The award honors organizations who have attained “world-class performance” by making engagement a business strategy cornerstone, according to Gallup. ABC Supply was one of 57 companies recognized in 2023.
“Winning this award for an amazing 17th time is an incredible honor,” Mike Jose, chief operating officer of ABC Supply, said in a news release. “We’re not only proud to receive this prestigious award every year since 2007, but also proud of our more than 18,000 associates who make ABC Supply a unique place to work and do business with.”
In reflecting on the recognition, Jost said ABC Supply’s success is rooted in its core values, many of which focus on maintaining its strong culture.
“We are a family at ABC Supply, and that means we create a sense of belonging and genuinely respect, care about, and trust each other,” Jost said. “We also extend that sense of family by giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Our associates feel good about the work we do with each other and in the world around us.”
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply operates nearly 900 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
