Gulfeagle Supply has acquired Exterior Solutions, a building materials supplier in Gulfport, Miss. The acquisition also prompted a relocation of a previously existing Gulfeagle Supply branch in Gulfport and the acquired Exteriors Solutions location will operate under the Gulfeagle brand name.
According to Gulfeagle, the acquisition expands its product offerings in Gulfport to include siding, stucco, windows, and doors in addition to roofing and building products. Matt Berger will serve as the branch manager in Gulfport. Chris Bingle and Joe Denton will serve as territory managers with Gulfeagle.
Gulfeagle Supply is a full line distributor of residential and commercial roofing and building products. The company operates 110 locations across the United States.
