- L&W Supply Corporation completed the acquisition of D&E Supply in Tulsa, Okla.
- Beacon announced it has completed the acquisition of Medford, Mass.-based waterproofing distributor Garvin Construction Products.
- Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS) acquired AMW Construction Supply, a tools, fasteners, and other complementary products distributor servicing the Phoenix, Arizona, metro area. The company also opened two greenfield locations and two AMES store locations.
- Boise Cascade completed the previously announced acquisition of Brockway-Smith Company.
