The Lester Group appointed Thomas Hartman as the new general manager of Custom Builder Supply. He joins the company from The AZEK Company, where he served as a divisional sales manager.

In the role, Hartman will be responsible for overseeing all operations at Custom Builder Supply, ensuring optimal management of resources, implementation of effective strategies, and enhancement of customer relationships.

Martinvesville, Va.-based The Lester Group has a diverse portfolio including forestlands, six building material locations, and real estate developments.
