Res. Roofing Demand to Grow 5% Annually Through 2014

Demand for residential roofing is expected to grow 5% annually to hit a value of $13.6 billion by 2014, a $2 billion increase since 2011, according to a new report from Principia, an industry market research firm based in Malvern, Pa. A combination of recovery in new construction and continued improvement in reroofing will drive the growth, the report found.
