From Old Fort Supply Co. in Fort Wayne, Ind., comes this yard pet named Moffit. “We named him this because of the way he ran around the warehouse–it reminded us of the Moffett [forklift] that rides on the back of the delivery trucks,” says Susan Bailey Sonner, inside sales manager at Old Fort. “He can go anywhere.” Moffit showed up at the yard’s front door a year ago, nearly dead. But within a few days he had been nursed back to health. He lives mainly with Sonner now but still makes frequent visits to the warehouse and his fellow Moffetts.
