Arcitell entered an exclusive distribution agreement with Advanced Aluminum of Polk County for its flagship product, Qora Cladding. Advanced Aluminum, based in Lakeland, Fla., is a supplier of steel and aluminum roofing and siding components for agricultural, commercial, and residential use in the Florida and Georgia markets.

The agreement makes Advanced Aluminum the exclusive distributor of Qora Cladding to the manufactured housing and shed/portable building markets, and non-exclusive distributor for residential and light commercial construction in the states of Florida and Georgia.

“Advanced Aluminum is very pleased to announce its partnership with Arcitell and Qora Cladding, Greg Smith, general manager of Advanced Aluminum of Polk County, said in a news release. “With over 30 years of serving our customer base as their supply chain provider, we are happy to include Arcitell moving forward. We believe their products are a good fit in the industry and we look forward to a long and successful future.”

According to Arcitell, Qora Cladding is easy-to-install and resembles stone aesthetics without compromising performance.

Advanced Aluminum was originally formed to cater to the shed industry before expanding to include steel roofing materials. The company recently added a permatile division, which was created to produce simulated Mediterranean tile roofing in both aluminum and steel. Partnering with Arcitell helps Advanced Aluminum increase its product breadth while serving builders, contractors, and homeowners in the southeast.

“We are happy to be partnering with Advanced Aluminum for the distribution of Qora Cladding products in the Florida and Georgia markets,” Mike Maddern, director of marketing and sales at Arcitell, said in a news release. “We are thrilled to be working with all of their team members and customers and look forward to helping them be successful with our complete lineup of composite stone cladding products.”
