Joe Weston
Weston joined the company in 1999 as a manager trainee and was quickly promoted to co-manager and then store manager in the Ohio/Pennsylvania region. In 2004, Weston was promoted to the role of lead buyer for purchasing at 84 Lumber’s team headquarters and the newly promoted vice president was named the director of door shop operations in 2016.
The new role of vice president of cost forecasting and pricing was created to streamline key factors within the 84 Lumber purchasing department to provide the best quality support for the company’s customers, according to a news release.
“I’ve worked with Joe since he was a manager in our stores,” 84 Lumber COO Frank Cicero said in a prepared statement. “He has taken on many challenges over the years and persevered. We are fortunate to have him as part of the 84 family.”

“We are very happy to see Rich move into a vice president position,” Cicero said. “He is a strong example of our ‘promote from within’ culture, and he always brings hard work and fresh ideas to any position he is serving in.”
