LBM dealers 84 Lumber, SRS Distribution, and Kodiak Building Partners earned spots on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, distributed by Inc magazine.
The Inc. 5000 list ranks the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. For the 2022 list, companies were ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2018 to 2021, with minimum revenues of $100,000 and $2 million required each year, respectively.
84 Lumber experienced 103% three-year growth and moved up 569 spots from the 2021 list to the 4,348 position.

Eighty Four, Pa.-based 84 Lumber supplies building materials and manufactured components. 84 Lumber operates more than 250 stores, components manufacturing plants, custom door shops, custom millwork shops, and engineered wood product centers in over 30 states. The company also offers turnkey installation services for a variety of products, including framing, insulation, siding, windows, roofing, decking, and drywall.
Kodiak Building Partners was ranked in the 4,106 spot on the 2022 list, growing revenue by 115% on a three-year basis.
Highland Ranch, Co.-based Kodiak Building Partners operates 103 locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
SRS Distribution was ranked in the No. 4,009 spot on the 2022 list, growing revenue by 121% on a three-year basis.
