To all his endeavors, Hylbert provides his time equally and without hesitancy, even when the weather puts a dent in his schedule. “The risk in public service for me has always been the possibility of getting over-involved and trying to do too much,” he says. “But I look at guys like Jeff Kemp who have dedicated their lives to such worthy causes and are doing a lot more than I am doing. So in the end, it’s hard for me to ever say no.”
