McCoy’s Building Supply named Clay Krempin store manager of its Corsicana, Texas, location.
Krempin joined McCoy’s in 2013 as an assistant manager for the dealer’s Taylor, Texas, store. Krempin served in the assistant manager role for three years before becoming the assistant manager in Bastrop, Texas, for four years. While serving as an assistant manager, Krempin enrolled in and completed McCoy’s management development program. The program gave Krempin a “great understanding of how to lead a strong team and of the expectations that come with being a manager,” according to a company news release.
San Marcos, Texas-based McCoy’s Building Supply operates more than 90 locations with full-service lumberyards in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The dealer ranked 12th on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating $884.4 million in revenue during 2018.
