SRS Distribution announced today it has opened a Stoneway Roofing Supply store in Kennewick, Wash., and a Southern Shingles outlet in San Angelo, Texas.
Randy Roe, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, will run Stoneway Roofing Supply, reporting to Pat Hughes, AVP for the Northwest region. Alan Pelzel, who has over 20 years of experience in the West Texas roofing distribution market, will lead Southern Shingles, reporting to district manager Steve Hoover.
“We have strong momentum and a long track record of great success in the state of Washington and we are very excited to expand our footprint and capacity in the region with a new location in the Tri-Cities market,” Dan Tinker, president and chief operating officer of SRS Distribution, commented. “In addition, we are proud to continue our expansion efforts in West Texas with the opening of a new location in San Angelo, which has already proven to be a powerful addition to the Southern Shingles footprint in just a short time.”
SRS is No. 10 on the 2014 ProSales 100 list. The company has been active this month, with acquisitions and openings.
